When you say 'these supplements' what are you referring to? Because the science definitely backs vitamins being beneficial. Shouldn't be any doubt there.

Probably means gummy supplements in general. They lose efficacy over time, have high sugar content, lots of dyes, may have uneven distribution of vitamin content, and may not digest/absorb as well as claimed.
