1TB of storage can vary between 668GB and 830GB with 30GB reserved for OS (my non slim has 668) and extra storage is $60-$130 (1TB-2TB) for PS5 games meanwhile PS4 games can be stored on an external.
Many are wondering why they should get a PS5 as they have only a few good exclusives this gen.
Sony pulls titles from their PS+ streaming catalogs when they are thinking about launching a remaster/remake and to mess with people.
Games that I enjoy to play (PS5 exclusive) include Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart, Spiderman 2/Spiderman Remastered and Silent Hill 2 Remastered. I intend to get AstroBot at a discount. I've checked my physical and digital collection and nearly everything that I have on PS5 is also on PS4.They were also fairly short aside from Spiderman Remastered and Silent Hill 2.
If you don't have a PS5 by now you should pass and wait for the PS6 if it actually uses their IPs like God of War, Ratchet & Clank, Uncharted, Horizon, Jak & Daxter, The Last of Us, Spiderman, Sly Cooper, Ghost of Tsushima, Infamous, Killzone, Little Big Planet, Twisted Metal, Jet Moto, Legacy of Kain, Medieval, Silent Hill, Syphon Filter, Socom, Bloodborn, Metal Gear and Resistance.
Some of the above are locked behind the highest subscription tier for PS+ streaming while others are not available at all.
Not saying grab an Xbox yet (Game Pass is a great deal if you can be online) but personally I wont be getting a new PS5 game aside from Astrobot unless they remaster the God of War Greek Saga or the above mentioned IPs. (Grab a PS3 Super Slim or PS4)
Xbox may be working with Steam so your Steam games may be playable on Xbox (probably only next gen but hopefully not)

it was like 280sh for non pro +10% for pro. came out to 313. then, there was a 25 dollar bonus on top offer going. made it 338.
then when we bought our switch 2, it evidently offset the tax. because we only got charged
50 deposit
338 trade in credit from ps5.
113 for payment + I had a 10 dollar certificate on account. = paid off switch. = 511 in the end.
looks like prices dropped 20 dollars or so on ps5 trade in value since then, and I dont know if the current additional 25 is still offered ontop of trade in. I only found out when I called before I took it in, that was the promo offered then.
I did math. looks like 286 x 1.1 is 314. + 25 credit they offered on top, is the 338 total. dont know if still going on. im confused because GameStop.com says 20% more for trade ins towards switch, which is probably better than nour deal.
Nvm im looking for disc version
