Should have had 15mm rather than a 13mm. ½" can usually be used in place of 13mm.

I can't give you a ft/lbs number, but Amazon also sells a version of these specifically labeled "High Torque". Note that the high torque versions don't have flexible heads.

I'm not saying these are no good because I've never used them, but they seem to only have a 30 day warranty. There are similarly priced tools that have lifetime warranties. Even when buying those, don't forget to look into the replacement process should anything ever fail. Can you take it to a local store for immediate replacement or do you have to deal with phone calls and mail delays?
