Poly America pretty much make all sams, Costco, hdx garbage bags. Specs/formula might be different but these all come off similar production lines

For those who've had these, are they falling off the rim of the garbage container as you start to fill up the bag? The 13 gallon Costco bags here in Florida started doing this months ago and are useless now.

yup, the hefty ones I just got do the same. Put a box in the bottom of the trash can to keep it from falling down. Figured they shortened the trash bags which is really annoying.

The Home Depot ones have double-thick top part for more tear resistance. However, the Amazon Basics on you listed have a slightly thicker main body.

Project Farm reviewed both of these and compared them:

Just tie a knot in one of the handles about an inch up and pull it tight on rim. I have done this with Costco/Amazon/HDX bags with my simple human trashcan and have no issues with falling

I bought these once and they're trash. The handles come off very easily.
