Resolved: Assistance Needed: Unable to Update Email Address on Slickdeals Account

Hello Slickdeals Community,

I'm reaching out for assistance regarding an issue I'm facing with updating my email address on my Slickdeals.net account.

When I attempt to change my email address through my profile, I receive the following message:

"The ability to change your email address is temporarily disabled due to maintenance. If you would like to make a change to your Slickdeals email address, please send a request to [email protected] from the email address associated with your Slickdeals account. Make sure to include your new email address in the request."

Following these instructions, I sent an email to [email protected] requesting the update, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or confirmation that my request was received after multiple attemps.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, how long did it take for support to respond? Any advice on how to expedite this process would be greatly appreciated!
