Never know what you will get with Best Buy - Open Box. Was about to leave to pickup an Open Box - Good 85" TCL QM8 earlier for $1145 and decided to call the online sales dept (was a guy working remotely from home) and have them look it up. They were able to tell me it was a display model and was missing the feet and remote. I cancelled it and glad I didn't drive an hour and a half to pick it up. It's too bad they don't list these details on the website.
But you dont even know if what the online sales department told you is right either
I have seen them say they had no accessories...then I arrived at the store and it was complete
