Great deal, given how infrequent first-party games like this go on a deeper sale.Buying this ($40) plus the $20 Switch 2 upgrade pack will only cost me $60 versus buying the $80 Switch 2 Edition game.Plus, this one will still work on the OG switch—so there is a bit more versatility.

Is the game case the North American version?

The only Mario Party they've made since the Wii that's truly worth purchasing.

I'm logged in the app, free shipping reflected and it's showing $44.99 for me.

*You have to go to the final screen where it has the green PLACE ORDER button to see the 10% reflected.

I'm a bit out of the loop with switch 2 features, although my preorder is being delivered today. Would I still need the switch 1 cartridge in the console to play the switch 2 upgrade? I assume so otherwise my plan was to let my nephews have the switch 1 cartridge after I had upgraded on my switch 2

This is the first Mario party game I've liked since 5 on the GameCube. My wife and I have been playing quite a bit since I got my copy from woot a few weeks ago.

Just a really solid old-school Mario party game.

Yes you still need to keep the cartridge in the Switch 2 to play it.

Was the copy you purchased from Woot the North American version. Does it have the North American ESRB rating?

Yes you do need the copy.

If you buy digital (which is don't do personally) you can digitally loan games out to family members however.. so that could be an option

Apparently the switch 2 version will still work in switch 1 just without the added switch 2 features available
