Must be a targeted coupon that we may have previously used.

It would have been nice if OP had put a screenshot to show what the discount looked like or how they found the 50% off coupon.

I'm seeing Costco at 7.5 cents a ziplock bag ($15/200) vs this at 7 cents a bag (10.95/156). So a solid deal, especially if you don't have Costco access.
