A little loose. Not Baggy. I have 4 pair of these.
My choice of all around pants. I don't wear other pants really except the Lee extreme motion flat front pants for when I need to be a little more dressed up.
I like that the cargo pockets are hidden inside - not a flap/patch pocket. Left side is open top, right has a Zipper. They are very comfortable pants.

Got some of these from Walmart from the other deal last week. Went up some sizes to be safe, and they were loose and baggy and went back. Not cause of the size, cause I could just go back down a size, but because the quality is iffy. Remember when you learned as a kid how people make paper? How they take trees down and then treat the sheets with chemicals, then dry all that out? That's how these pants feel. There were bits of paper, I mean pant, all over them. Someone above said they only last 6 months. That's pretty good for a piece of paper that you can wear for $20.
