The little box is kinda cool.
If it's not working then you can find the product key using window registry file. Open the registory editor by typing 'regedit'. Select it and run as administrator. Navigate to
Computer -> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> Microsoft -> Windows NT -> CurrentVersion -> SoftwareProtectionPlatform
Then select 'BackupProductKeyDefault and key will be available under data.

That said, it's a cool little box. I did set it up as a plex server and will likely only use it for that purpose, maybe a few quick searches. I can't say I trust it enough to access any financial data or do my taxes on.
