I am happy with them. I compare them to the round soft one that you squeeze your cable into. (I got rid of all of those). The cable slides in the hole way better, just remember if you have something behind the holder the cable will not feed that well back. As for the cable bunching up when pressed back, I added a 2nd one behind it a few inches. (Under desk upsidedown mount). Also added to cars.
