I bought these. They didn't come in a retail box but what I have received looked like brand new. The Sound Quality is great on PC not sure how well they do on the phone without equalizer. For the price its probably the best headphones I have ever bought so far. They are super light too you barely notice you have them on and the noise cancelling is pretty good. I'm by far no expert on headphones though I do like good sound quality and they provide that. I have some Panasonic which have good sound quality but are to quiet that was the only reason I was in the market for a new one.

Ordered a pair in preparation for a long fight and these are great. They are light weight and produce great sound. They were shipped across the country and arrived with in a week. I'm already looking at ordering another pair for the kid. Thanks OP.

I guess I am the lucky one. Ordered a pair of their "open box" WH-CH720N, which is supposed to be in better condition than the refurbished ones, and it has a non-stop crackling sound on the right cup when the noise cancellation is on. Now for the pleasure of having to return these.
I am posting so that people are warned that these are not a slam dunk deal.

Hi, you are not alone. The ones I received also make a constant hollow and crackling sound, regardless of trying various settings. Will proceed to return it too.
