Considering one, seems like a good deal. But I've read both here and elsewhere that the Gen 2 is a step down on obstacle avoidance (probably because no camera, just lidar and a proximity sensor, whereas Gen 1 has a camera). This one is much better at cleaning, closer to high end models, but it only takes one poop catastrophe for some serious regrets.

That might not be a big deal as my L10S gen 1 gets stuck on stuff constantly.

this unit is so awesome. we love it. its wifi failed after 9 months, and it took 3 days for their support to send me a prepaid shipping label, and then another week to get it fixed and back to me. all were free of charge. the unit has been working great. it does its job really well. much better than the high end iRobot, which i had and hate it.
