Regarding the mouthwash, in case you have high BP and didn't know, alcohol-based mouthwash is a possible contributor to high BP because it kills bacteria that help the body regulate BP, along with all other bacteria. I've since switch to non-alcoholic mouthwash, which has the added benefit of not burning.
