ships from the USA.

Note, p-rice may fluctuate slightly due to currency conversion. If it says it cannot ship to your location, please make sure you have correct address added in your profile. Also, sometimes pasting codes err-ors, so you may need to type it out. I would also try different browsers and make sure I am not on VPN.

Be careful. I just went through replacing some ceiling fans and the first one I bought was a DC fan like this one. I had to send it back and get an AC powered fan. The DC fans are very common right now, especially the lower priced fans. They typically don't provide a way to control the light with a hard wired wall switch. They come with a cheesy remote that is the only way to control the light. If you have an existing wall switch for the fan light it becomes useless. The DC fans have a box that wires in between your house wiring (AC) and the fan (DC). If you only have one AC circuit (black, white, & bare) at your fan, the DC fan might be fine.

DC Fans also use an order of magnitude less electricity (your standard BLDC ceiling fan will only use 20-30 watts at max speed vs 100 watts in a comparable AC one), and often have more speeds to choose from vs their AC counterparts.

Can anyone say why you'd buy this over a Hunter fan that you can get for $99? $16 more for an established brand over AliExpress seems like a no brainer unless you just really love how this looks.

personally, i don't know enough to tell you why, but this brand is pretty established (google that + amazon) and they have solid wood fins, which many prefer.

I bought 3 Hunter fans for $99 from Costco and they all have this issue where they randomly flicker off. Reviews show that it's common. I have replaced 2 of them with these cheaper fans and they blow them away in every aspect. Pun intended.
