I got in the last deal and don't like it. The clipper pulls hair and the lever on the side doesn't have clicks (that part is a user preference but I prefer clicks to have even spaces)

Had to double-check the price. $29.99 for both the Mag Clipper and the Ace Mini? That's a solid combo. I've used Oster before and the trimmers usually hold up well. Clipper guards could be better, but still feels like a win at this price.

I used it as is originally assuming it was oiled prior to shipment. Since then I took it apart cleaned it and oiled it. It still pulls but not as bad. It feels like it is not sharp enough.
had one of these and got rid of it right before covid shutdowns because my wife wanted to do spring cleaning earlier than usual that year. 𤣠oh, the fun i had trying to find a replacement in april... it's not the best clipper, but i had it for ~10 years and it was an excellent value.

There are a few cordless combos around 50-60$ on A Express, look for brands (Kemei, VGR) and reviews on youtube. If you're cutting your own hair, cordless is a game changer.

Try the Oster Professional Fast Feed model, works solid & quiet.
Anyone here use the Ace Mini before? Curious how it stacks up for detail work compared to something like a Wahl Peanut or a basic Andis
Its garbage. Was hoping itd replace my andis t liner, but this thing is trash. I tried refunding but BuyDig refunded and said keep it. Must know how trash it is lol havent tried the full clippers but assuming the same. Was thinking and hoping it was better than my Oster Fast Feed but very doubtful now
