I installed a new hard drive and needed drivers. Their driver hosting hit its limit (they use Google drive) so I emailed them for a possible different server link. I got an auto reply (this was the beginning of May) that the whole company was closed a week for a holiday and they'll respond back afterward.

sorry, wonder if you get response now?
They are a Chinese based company with virtually zero support. Any drivers, bios updates are on a Google Drive share. If a component breaks or fails, good luck getting it fixed.
**Avoid all Chinese companies that make computers**
They are CHEAP for a reason....

yeah who gives a rats arse, all these products are chinese. No need for xenophobia. Ace Magic is a crap company that did have an issue, so dont buy their stuff. AceMagician is the same company. Get a GMKtek, Beelink, Trigkey, etc. Personally I am running a Aoostar N1 PRo as home assistant system and a Gem12 another to provide brains top my security camera system.
Could you not have extracted any drivers needed on to a usb memory stick, before replacing the hard drive?

The problem with the Ace magic Team was that they forgot to remove that from those 1st batch of machines and delivered them with that tool, which picked up as a Malware by Windows Defender.
Their 2nd batch of machines never shipped with that Tool and the reviewers who raised that issue, also confirmed the same. I have read all the actual articles in depth, rather than some one liners news information, exaggerating the issue without explaining the actual cause.
My machine did not have any such firmware and to be on the safer side, I simply copied the Windows 11 License and reinstalled Windows 11.
