I've never ran across an Amazon promo code ending early for Grubhub (given Amazon owns part of Grubhub... about ~7%). Only codes that run out are the Grubhub offered promos, which sometimes are limited to ~1K-2K+ redemptions.

Isn't %25 just the markup price for the tariffs the restaurants charge for you not using their establishment to place the order?

I checked, GrubHub is 17.4% inflated from buying directly from a restaurant. So really this is only a 7.6% discount, not much.

All of these delivery apps are such a scam. It was good when they first started up, but it's a no win situation. Drivers earn nothing, restaurants lose revenue and patrons get cold food.

That's exactly it: all this outrage and boo-hooing on behalf of restaurants is gullible and false. The restaurants know exactly what the Grubhub/Doordash/UberEats fees are: 15%/20%/25% for delivery based on which tier of advertising they choose, but a flat 6% for pickup. Most of them are too arrogant/lazy to set different menu prices for the different amounts, so when they jack up prices by 50% for pickup orders, they're profiting an extra 44%. Throw shade on THEM, folks, even if they're Moms-and-Pops batting puppy dog eyes about barely making ends meet these days. The food services industry is a hustle, OBVIOUSLY.
