Well its stated multiple times in the description that they are used for gardening. Feel free to read the garbage you post. I wouldn't recommend them for that ... but the info is there for the non lazy.

One size fit all? I believe that some Slickdealers are very finicky about how well their gloves fit.

There's a review about someone saying they use these for gardening and "So far, they've held up well to punctures and bristles, which has been a relief." But I looked, and there's nothing in the description about anything being "puncture" resistant.

If you ever need one for cheap right away and live near harbor frieght, their welding gloves do the trick just fine
