Lucky you. My 4ah doesn't charge. 20+ mins counting on hold..
Both batteries had partial charges on them and fully charged without issues. They were also both what I would call the newer "refreshed" style (with the angled bottom and larger indicator lights in the middle vs. the older style that was completely rectangle with the four smaller lights at the bottom). Few minor marks on the 4Ah case but would say the cosmetic condition is 9.5/10 overall (look like mine look after a use or two typically).
The blower itself also had a few signs of use on the body, but no deep gouges or massive scratches. Probably call it a 9/10 cosmetically. The "spout" portion looked brand new and was sealed in plastic. Haven't run it yet but plan to tomorrow to make sure it works.
Very pleased overall. Cosmetics are very slightly worse than prior refurb 80v gear I've bought for Greenworks, but still very good cosmetic condition overall & appreciate that the batteries (or at least the battery casings) appear to be newer than what I've received with their refurbs in the past.
Hope those above that are having issues or received worse gear are able to get it handled. In my experience the Greenworks 80v line is about as good as it gets for electric tools when things are working, but their customer service is towards the bottom of the pile unfortunately.
