What bogus studies have you been reading. Obviously too much of anything is bad for you - even water! Yes, diet drinks can cause issues because your body thinks you're getting real sugar but it's not. I've been drinking TAB (the original Saccharin drink), Coke, and Diet Coke since I was 7 (51 now) and Coke Zero since it came out. No autism, no diseases, no health issues. I drink 2 to 4 20oz bottles a day. From 22 to 32 I drank a 2-liter a day - and I was 300 pounds during that time. Been back down to 175 since 34 but still drink Coke Zero daily.

You will be lucky to receive any shipment of beverages from Amazon. The packaging of beverages is so poor that shipments are routinely damaged, often resulting in leakage and loss. I wouldn't order beverages from Amazon even if they were free.

Please don't. People like you whine about little things, then demand refund causing a fair share of inflation for everyone. I have never had problem with any liquid stuff

Instead of just spending the same money on La Croix or seltzer waters as replacements, I also use flavor enhancer drops, a good way to drink more water. I'm doing the same with alcohol--instead of rising prices for beer that I don't really care much for, I put a little bit of alcohol in some Coke or other soft drink.
