I have used this to season my food while cooking. My kitchen smells wonderful while the food is cooking. When I sit down to eat, my food is so bland. It tasted like it was cooked without any seasoning whatsoever. 🤮

Maybe try the no salt seasonings at Aldi. Quite a few varieties and I think they are really good.Not expensive either.
