Better sell them fast. My 2025 Tahoe does not come with a 12 volt anywhere in the car. I had to buy a USB c to 12v adapter.

It is not about charging. I am a volunteer EMT i have emergency lights that use a 12v outlet.

So long as USB-C outputs are high enough, this isn't a big deal. USB-C with PPS can do 12V natively.

Problem is I suspect GM isn't providing max output. They're gambling you'll spend the money to route a fuse and do it yourself.

You really should hard-wire. 12v outlets are flaky and unreliable and were never designed for what we use them for these days. They should never be used for anything mission-critical.
Hard-wiring is really easy with a fuse-tap.

Yes but i lease and change to a brand new vehicle every 3 months. So that option is not easily accomplished.

wow! any good reason?
This goes against all known financial advice, unless some business is picking up the cost..

I own 3 businesses. I prefer to drive the newest vehicle. I work very hard and believe I deserve that. Additionally it what little time I have left, I volunteer for our local fire department and ambulance service. Many times, I can break free from work during the day since I own my own business when other volunteers are not available. But it would cost me a lot in alterations to hard wire everything without causing any damage to the vehicle. Our vehicles look brand new but with many miles when we turn them in. My manager gets it after 3 months, and his goes to an employee. and they rotate.

Depending on a car model, you can probably hook up to the existing terminals somewhere (under dash, fuse box etc.), without tapping into, so you can easily unplug, when the time comes. You need a knowledgeable car electrician for that. Of course, your circuit must have its own fuse.

P.S. Another thought - just buy a 20-50Amp LiFePo4 12v battery for $50-100 and hook up the lights to it. Easy to move between vehicles. Easy to charge via USB port.
