From what I gather each USB-C can do up to 70w, but 70w is the max output all 3 USB-C ports simultaneously as well. So plugging in a laptop and anything else will drop the laptop charging rate down.
Not the end of the world but why wouldn't the manufacturer provide more info on charging rates, they obviously spent lot of time dealing with the logic of different charging combinations.
