I have this base for several Eufy cameras from Costco. I switched from Arlo. This allows more local storage in the hub, extra AI features and geolocation to turn cameras on/off when you leave. However, Eufy pushes several types of ads in their app within the US. The ads interfere with normal operation and viewing of the cameras. AI is not very good and results in many false notifications of trees and shadows. They also push their program to share your recordings with them for development. This seems very sketchy to give privacy and security info for your home to a foreign company.
