No, apple removed this feature due to the patent infringement on part of the series 9 production and the ultra 2 watches. Quick and dirty way to see if the part number ends in /LLA or /LWA (in the US). /LLA on the series 9 has it enabled. /LWA has it turned off.

800.00 new, so around 130 off. I got one used recently off eBay by an individual seller that had a good rating. New condition (not refurbished), current year model with 100% battery health still and original apple ocean band for 543.25 after tax. That required more work though if you go that route.

The Apple Watch Ultra 2 was introduced in September 2023, and its price was $799 at the time. It hasn't been around for two years, and $500 would be a heck of a discount for a product that was otherwise $799.
