Yes. Most people get 10% off $100.I had 50% off up to $80 off $160 in the past. I recently got the 30% off $100.

It's not an Amex offer. You activate the offer on Amazon.com and then use some points at checkout for the offer to work. I got 10% off up to $10 on mine and wife's account. There's a SD post about it.

lol yea there's no real reason to buy Intel. The only advantage I can think of performance wise is memory bandwidth, but for gaming AMD's 3D cache is more efficient.
