Thanks for sharing. Before the uneducated or paid shills for other filter systems arrive, the Elite filter does filter the two most prolific PFAS, as per their data sheet: https://www.brita.com/assets/4af0...bc4619.pdf

You can get good deals on the Elite filters from Costco a couple times each year.

Thanks. The elite filter alone goes for like $33 so this is a great deal for a filter replacement

6-cup capacity is an absolute joke. Maybe worth it if you are hard pressed for space in the fridge but man is size annoying and would take multiple refills to fill up my coffee in the morning.

The not so new design sucks. My really old one had a flapper cover on the pour spout protecting your water.

Sure could. Please do and record it so we can all see how great the plastic water pitcher can handle extreme heat!

assuming you're joking. but just in case. please no one put boiling hot water on/in any plastic unless you're crafting something specific and know what you're doing. Don't plan on putting that water in your body at all.

ELITE FILTER: Pitcher is compatible with Elite water filters – for the freshest-tasting water, replace your Elite filter after 120 gallons or approximately every six months
STANDARD FILTER: Also compatible with Standard filters - change your Standard filter after 40 gallons or approximately every two months
