I have 2 of these at home, one on my Linux machine and the other on my Windows machine, hooked in with OBS or Shadowcast Electron (Linux) to hook up my Nintendo Switch and Mirror less cameras.

Note: If you get no audio on Windows, go to your Audio settings and in the Record tab, click on your Genki properties and check the box that says listen to device.

Yeah, with OBS you can do a full screen projection. I actually use this when I work from home sometimes. Connect my work laptop to my Linux machine, use OBS or Genki Electron and have the screen displayed on one of my monitors with overlays from my personal machine.
