They stopped the deal the day after Father's Day, because I tried to repeat it several times. They likely filled all the orders, and then still had stick remaining. Right now it says there are 4 FD bonuses remaining.
And Po Boy Sampler (PBS) is 39.99 instead of $49.99, likely due to the US Holiday tomorrow.
