Be aware that the bottle does not mention the mercury content or whether molecular distillation was used to remove mercury.

This is a pretty good price per dose ($0.155 per)

Regular price at costco is 28.49 for 150 capsules - $0.189 per dose (150 count bottle)... but it is going on sale this week (ad scan says $5-7 off)

I ordered this morning and had them delivered a little while ago, and the ones I received expire 10/2027.

Pollock is not the best fish for obtaining Omega-3 fatty acids; it ranks low on the list of fish known for their Omega-3 content.

I use this brand of fish oil that comes from anchovies, and I have never experienced any fishy taste. I also store them in the refrigerator.

I've tried this brand recently actually and had to return it for fish burps.. got a full refund through the company even though I bought on Amazon. I can never find legit fish oil unless it's crazy expensive..

Those from Costco contain "Fish (anchovy, sardine, mackerel and/or pollock". Not from a single source, Alaska Pollock
Which one is better?

Not really sure why some folks are taking these otc fish oil supplements. Vascepa is 4g daily and is indicated for high risk cardio disease pts and super high triglycerides despite general lowering measures. If you have the risk factors and meet criteria , than you should be on the prescription strength fish oil pills. Outside of those indications, I don't prescribe it to my patients.

Maybe because some people are on different diet needs say keto, and if you're not eating fish.

Dry eye. See TFOS DEWS III - moderate evidence for beneficial effects of omega-3 supplements on meibomian gland dysfunction.

Going to give this a try myself to see if I feel anything beneficial.

No you just need to take 1 capsule a day. It is triple strength. And the expiration date for the 2 bottles I purchased both show 4/2028. That's plenty of time for me to go through them in 6 months

Costco has a better deal. I bought a 150 softgels for $28.50 which comes out to around 5.3 gels / $1.
