Deal alert repeats and floods

Is there a reason the app has occasionally been flooding me with repeat deal alerts from the last 1-2 days that I already dismissed in a massive alert flood? This happened in the iOS again this morning around 10am est.

I have the opposite problem lol. I'm not getting alerts almost at all, and when I do they're way way late. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯Seems like there are just big problems right now…Edit: fixed my own problem. Alerts created in the iOS app now default to a high thumbs up level. You have to use the desktop site to change them. There is no option for that in the app for some reason.

It sounds like this may be an unfortunate bug while we transition from one deal alert system to another. If this keeps happening, please let us know.
