There's also a Ryzen version at the same price with a better cpubench, but its original price is much lower, so not sure which is better.

It was very user unfriendly out of the box after a full update. The issues are -
1) Fingerprint Reader won't function on fresh install/update. You will need to manually download and update the drivers.
2) Bluetooth, same as above
3) If the computer goes to "Sleep", it cannot cannot turn back without a hard reboot. This laptop does not have the S03 sleep feature. You can only shut it down or Hibernate. You can go into the BIOS settings to disable the sleep feature since the bios/chipset doesn't actually support it. Seems very backwards to have a broken "Sleep" feature turned on when it was never a choice to begin with.
4) Bootup always asks choose privacy settings

5) NO Facial Recognition, this feature requires an infrared camera which this laptop doesn't have.
