$100 cheaper than previous best at the end of 2024 from Beach Camera, when people were ordering the B3, but knew they were sending B4's. Excellent TV for under a grand.

Even with 'open box: excellent', which should have all components, my "excellent' was without the screws to attach the feet to the TV. BB online gave me the run around, told me to go into the store. BB brick & mortar initially did not recognize "excellent" should have all parts and didn't know what their online was talking about, gave me "screws", but not the correct ones.

Finally, just had them make UPS stop by to take it away.

BB is only good for brand new and ZERO BB human interaction. Mad

Careful with the open box, I checked one in store, it was the display and had 4k hours on it. My b8 is 7 years old with only 7k hours

Probably not. While a display model could go open item, returns do too and where a store might have 1-2 display models of a certain model ever, they will likely have over 100 returns of that same model, during it's run. Most returns are in a 15-30 day return policy window. Also open items come with the same MFG warranty that new ones come with and being 65", the warranty repair would be in-house repair without you sending it out.

Regardless, check the TV settings to see power on hours after you get it. That will let you know.
