I got mine but the things doesn't work when unplugged, when plugged in it's barely bright.

I did remove the paper on top of the battery before using

Any suggestions?

I haven't received mine yet, but when researching this model, there are posts that mentioned you have to really tighten the battery tube for it to work. https://www.reddit.com/r/flashlig...t_plugged/

Just got my order delivered. Ordered on Monday and got it today Thursday. Interesting enough person who dropped off package was wearing Amazon uniform. This sucker is hefty. Took out the paper that separated the battery to the contacts. Screwed back the base back on and ensured the 2 green lights came on the power button. No issues with powering it on. Have to wait til dark to see how bright this is.
