Can you expand on "sucks"?

I just received mine a couple days ago. I have no issues with it. It gets super hot. If you know anything about making pizzas, you have to make sure that the stone is ready. Just because the oven temperature reaches the set point, it doesn't mean the stone is hot enough. If you use an IR thermometer, you can check the stone temperature. I use a setting of 600°. Once it reaches temperature, I usually let it continue to heat for about 15 minutes before I consider putting a pizza in. You need to experiment a little bit with it. If you happen to put a pizza in and the stone is not hot you will have lots of problems such as the dough sticking to the stone.

$350 is misleading. I don't believe this has ever regularly sold for anything close to that.

Burns back while front does not cook well. Doesn't crisp up the bottom of the pie. Turns off unexpectedly and intermittently for no apparent reason.
