Tell me you're old and have never used creatine, without telling me you're old and have never used creatine. Its the most researched supplement out there. If you don't drink water, anything you eat, take, etc will be bad for your kidneys.

Hmm, he's up against a lot of research out there. I'm skeptical about supplements myself, but there's just too much positive scientific evidence.

Medical advice is patient specific and maybe you've got something that you need to be concerned about.

The the average over 18 person, creatine is a boon when used properly

Here's a recent video by Dr. Ben Bikman on creatine:

https://youtu.be/Z7TRG6em3DA?si=_GFTLRWZdUS7QiHS

Dr. Bikman breaks down the true nature and benefits of creatine—a molecule often misunderstood as merely a muscle-building supplement. Creatine plays a critical role in cellular energy production by helping regenerate ATP, especially in high-energy tissues like skeletal muscle and the brain. While our bodies produce creatine endogenously, supplementation can significantly enhance its availability and effects.

Ben discusses how creatine has been shown to improve physical performance, support brain health, and even influence glucose metabolism. It helps increase strength, power output, and recovery during resistance training. In the brain, it supports cognitive function and may protect against neurodegenerative conditions. For individuals with insulin resistance or type 2 diabetes, creatine can improve glucose uptake by enhancing GLUT4 translocation.

He also addresses common myths—especially the misconception that creatine damages the kidneys.

And there are some doctors out there who think vaccines cause autism… You can always find an outlying doctor to go against whatever the majority of research shows. Creatine is one of the safest, most studied supplements out there. If a doctor told me I shouldn't take it, I'd be looking for a new doctor, because that one just lost all credibility.

On behalf of us old folks - we're the ones who started using creatine. You're welcome!

LOL, me too! Sorry brother, but that makes us old, old. Not quite 'tied an onion to my belt because that was the style at the time' old, but old.

It's cheaper per serving to get the 200 serving container for $19.88:
