Are these in the original 4:3 aspect ratio on either iTunes or Vudu or are they zoomed and cropped to fit 16:9?

I mean, you won't own it (not that you do here either), but you could get Disney+ for a month or two and watch all of those and X-Men '97 and a bajillion other series and movies.

16:9 likely won't happen, but if you look around the interwebs, you can already find ai upscales of the dvd copies. The quality is an improvement overall, but it's quite apparent in some places.
I doubt we'll see an official upscale though. Please don't ask where I got it from, I honestly don't remember.
