Seagate.com has the 22 TB Expansion Desktop Har Drive [seagate.com] (usually $299.99) on sale for $239.99. There should also be a 10% off "signup for e-mails and texts" popup (ensure ad blockers are disabled). Mine came within less than a minute. Apply that unique promo code and it should make it $215.99. Free shipping. It applies to your total order, so you can get more than one (unsure what the max savings is -- it's not listed in the T&C).

Anyone knows what kind of driver is inside the housing (hopefully a NAS drive so it can be shucked )?

For the most part, from what understand, nearly any 3.5" hard drive can be a NAS drive (some might require pin/tape manipulation for power purposes... and some have more optimal specs than others, but...).

The question then should be moreso -- can it be shucked? It appears to based on the quick search I did. Screenshot attached.

In previous deal threads, people were saying they got a Seagate Barracuda drive. Some seem to prefer the EXOS.

This seems like a good deal. But isn't the 26 TB drive at B&H a little better? I just ordered that one for a backup on my Plex server.

Per TB, that one is a bit cheaper, I believe ($9.61/TB vs. $9.81/TB). But figured not everyone needs a 26TB drive.
