Has anyone tried this? I also posted the Pro 5 and I'm wondering if there is any difference other than the connectivity and which one would be the better investment. I like the idea of being able to use these at home. The spa is getting kind of pricey.
These things do not work, I have tried similar. They are a waste of money and time.
We bought a Braun IPL from Costco many years ago, it worked great. Used it for touch ups for many years ( once every other month ). It finally died. Bought a cheap knock off that did nothing. Then went and bought a Braun again.

The model in this post is slightly different (for marketing and $$$ purposes) from pro-5, but fundamentally it is the same. ...Been using Braun IPL (Pro-5) for over a year with ZERO visible results. The era of German engineering genius is long gone - Do not waste your money...

Same. I used to have an older model. It slows hair growth but then hair comes back in patches until it's back to normal. Waste of time and money. I used to read laser doesn't work. Only electrolysis works but it's expensive and may be painful.

Thank you, I got scammed by one of these on Amazon and the seller kept saying to contact them "later". Well later came and they said I was beyond the return period and wouldn't honor warranty. Electrolysis does work but you are right about the cost.

I may be blind but looks like the Pro is wireless along with Bluetooth connectivity. I get it, now people can get a hair removal while driving and talking on the phone. 🚗 📱
YMMV for sure. Laser absolutely work for permanent hair removal, but it will take many treatments to impact the individual hairs during the Anagen (growth) phase and is further constrained by skin/hair colors. Some of the home IPL units work as well and give permanent results overtime.

How did they not work? I used Braun pro 5 and the results are definitely there.
Instead of shaving my legs every few days, it is now every few weeks. It's not laser, but it definitely reduces the hair growth.
