YMMV deal to get two more lamps for the price of 1 at 49.99 (might be a glitch but it worked for me and I received my order already). Seems to only work if you start with a deal like this where you get a free lamp automatically added to the cart. After that, go to the lamp page https://www.eufy.com/products/t8l...8341793978 and add one for 49.99. Then go back to the lamp page again and add one more lamp. This time when you go to the cart you'll see 2 free lamps, 1 lamp for 49.99, and the doorbell for 119.98. Doesn't seem to work if you add them from the cart by increasing quantity (+), so make sure you go back to the lamp page to add them.

Yeah, they're not giving out the free lamp anymore with the doorbell. That promo is over, probably cut short to stop that loophole with getting a second free lamp. Glad I got in on this, but deal is dead now.

I received the confirmation on the order (1 door bell, 2 free lamps, 1 lamp for 49.99) on Jun 18. However, I got the shipping notice that they are sending out the door bell, but all 3 lamps have the "confirmed" status but not yet shipped. I wonder if they charged me full 18x.xx but only shipped out the door bell. I might do a cc charge back and return the door bell if they cancel the shipments for lamps.

Has anyone received the shipping confirmation from Eufy? It looks like they are shipping from oversea to US rather than they have US warehouse. any comments on how reliable on the shipping is from Eufy?

Open the HomeBase 3 settings cog in the Eufy app, go to General, go to Working Mode. If that is set to "Performance(Beta)" then change it to Standard. I can't remember if it prompted me to restart the HomeBase but I'd probably do that too after the setting is changed. Once I did that it cleared up the problem for me.

I did that and while it improved a bit, still messed up my 2.4 ghz devices. At this point, I'm about to sell the Homebase3 and just use the on-board microsd to record and save. Ugh...

So as OP - I was early in on this - Eufy confirmed shipping in 2 shipments; Doorbell has shipped from Los Angeles and has tracking; The free lamp states "Confirmed" but not shipped.
Being a greedy gal - I put in a second order for three lights and another doorbell plus CB; CB initially showed "Hang tight while we confirm your 4,478 points ($44.78 redemption value) with the store" is now
Hang tight while we confirm your +1019 points ($10.19 redemption value) with the store. So it looks like they are not accepting a part of the CB.

UPDATE - BOTH ITEMS RECEIVED. Love the camera. Set up in minutes and works perfect (Ring-be-gone)
