I recently bought four of the bifacial design and have been pleased with them. I think the peak performance I've seen from a series parallel combination of the four was about 700 watts out of 800 theoretical max, but it has been typically less than that.
if solar panels have diodes to prevent inbound voltage from damaging them, how do they then function in series to increase voltage?
