I've bought these Hanes shirts. Garbage quality. Paper thin tshirts. Never again.

Don't you want sports shirts to be thin and light? And why would they have a front pocket?

I bought one before and the shirt had no front pocket and the fabric was very thin. I am surprised that the brand is Hanes

If you're 5' 8" or shorter, dont get these, they run a bit long and it IS thin, maybe good to sleep in the summer.

if they're even making an effort to sell at $3.64, what might be the actual cost to the company? Just wondering..

It's called a closeout. When you've already got a bunch of something that you can't sell at your intended price, you go with a drastically lower price that may not cover your production, marketing, and distribution costs, just to get rid of them quickly and recoup whatever you can, and discontinuing production. In for 1… so far I've liked most of the Hanes T Shirts I've got through SD. I'll see how these stack up…

oh .I thought their cost would be like 50 cents to $1. so they still make profit.

Yes, this time of the year I definitely prefer heavyweight, thick fabric in my t-shirts. Long sleeve is a plus too!
