Anyone buying this should prepare for the time away from their loved ones.

This game is a glorious life sucker.

Not really, good over evil is the theme. Yeah, he's on the cover and promoting the game but ultimately you beat him and help the angels.

What are the chances they'd remaster that
The Hell mods for Diablo 1 are probably the closest we'll get to a remaster for that.

With all 3 warcraft remasters making their way to gamepass I'm curious how close this one is to doing the same. I want to just beat the campaign with it for old time's sake. Unless you have a crew to play with there isn't a ton of end game except replaying it over and over.

Blizzard or Satan apparently doesn't want my money. I created a new Battlenet account just to buy this game. My old account hasn't been used in nearly 20 years and I don't even have access to the email its tied to so I can't recover it. I don't want to add a credit card to this new account, so I tried using Paypal. My Paypal account is over 20 years old too and I verified there are no existing linked vendors for Blizzard. Doesn't work, error 500 from the checkout page. If I try to add it from within my Battlenet account settings, it says it worked, but isn't actually listed in my payment methods. Tried different browsers, PCs, DNS servers. and even tried Firefox portable, with no profiles or extensions setup. Nope. Blizzard support is worthless on this issue as well. Spent over an hour on this. Nice going, you permanently lost a customer.

as soon as Microsoft puts this up for sale on the Xbox PC app I'm in. I don't need to install a launcher for one game.

I plan to play using steam deck offline however the DRM requires reactivation every 30 days, bummer.

Blizzard support helped me recover my fifteen year old account. They could help you too!

Even if they did, the Paypal issue would remain. I never tied Paypal to my Battlenet account.
