Please explain to me what is the point of wearing a hat to a gym? I mean aside from sweaty head
It's far better than putting styling product in your hair and having it run all over your face mixed with sweat... Is this a serious question? I always wear a hat to the gym.

Styling product? Lol why. You are going to a gym, not a red carpet walk

Some people don't have hair that they can just leave the house with lol. It either put some product in or put a hat on...I choose hat. I do not like the q-tip head look and, without product in it, that's what I look like.

I always thought it was code for early male pattern baldness
@BraveCabbage4346 TIL what "natty" means.
@dje13 Higher testosterone tends to mean more beard and less hair (indirect relation through dihydrotestosterone/DHT), so both are kinda related.

The main gym I go to has bright overhead lights that strain my eyes. I find that my workouts are much better when I wear a hat. I've gotten to the point where I won't work out without one, as ridiculous as that may sound/be.

Fair point, but does it beat a sweaty head especially during summer? I notice that most people with hats are dudes with long hair or no hair.

You only got 1 head, friend!

I get your sarcasm, and agree with it, even as it underlines the sad truth of most gym attendances.

The golf hat and iso-chill are listed as moisture wicking which is basically the same.
