They do, every month! Sort the gift card options by % of extra value. I have so many Dominoes gift cards at 20% off that they are tucked into every card or present; but they do rotate the categories monthly

Thanks for making me check - Petsmart gift cards at 20% off and we get our pup groomed every 6 weeks so this'll be a no brainer. Just blew through a few hundred bucks!

You're losing %5 per year sitting on it. Besides when they finalize the merge with Capital One they might force you to cash out to clear the books.
