That is a lot of storage. Don't hate on me for asking this. But who needs this much storage other than maybe someone making movies?? I looked and there are about 3000 terabytes of data on the library of Congress.I guess I am old computer nerd that still remembers his commodore vic 20 the 2k on board and I got the 16k expansion cartridge. I still have it if someone is in need. 😁
I have more than 10 external hard drives that are at least 16 TBs in size and seriously considered the 26 TB deal yesterday.

And I also still have my C-64 and Bard's Tale Trilogy in my closet. The 1541 hard drive was spectacular at the time, but the world is digital now.

Certain videographers and photographers. If shooting 8k footage, 1TB is anywhere about 15-17 hours of footage. So if you're a videographer shooting a whole day wedding with two cameras, that's easily 1TB. For photographers if we're shooting with dual Z9s or R5s, can easily get about 250Gb of images in a day. Plenty of ways to rack up storage for volume shooters.

Yeah, it's even more than that. On a c400 with 6k raw, I get less an hour and a half footage per TB, or if I shoot 4k h.265, I'll get 5 or 6 hours per TB. 10bit and 12bit 422 footage is great, but the storage is a pain.

Not sure giving its price, why they don't make it as TB4? It's very rare to have Mac/PC to support USB 3.2G2 speed which is 20Gbps. TB4 is like 40Gbps.
USB 3.2 Gen 2 is 10Gbps, USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 is 20Gbps. I have no idea who came up with these names, easy to see why anyone would be confused.
