Same here. Have 4 accounts for me and family members. Got the email but no tickets in any account yet.
I put in a support ticket. Had to do the same with the recently how to train your dragon tickets reward & it took a week before the reward actually showed up. Plus they never completed the support ticket.
Not sure if the support ticket made a difference or the reward is just laggy. I'm guessing the latter.

First time hearing about Xfinity rewards, looks like I would be a "diamond" level. But why is it opt-in and what free rein are we providing to Xfinity ? Is it just a lot of spam emails and user tracking ? To those who are "Rewards Members" any thoughts ? TIA.

I am diamond level as well. There are countless items over time worth the interest to be connected as your monthly fees have been paying for these marketing freebies for some time. if you chose to not grab what you paid for them that is fine too. Other Xfinity members will grab them before you when some freebie is in limited quantities.
Most of these free movie tickets i just "donate" here to others because there are some whom request for these free movie tickets only to later end up selling them here for some chump change amazon monies cause they are bottom feeders.
I believe it is just better to copy-paste the free movie ticket here or in the subfolder freebies digital section.
That way, you don't have a sh%t load of folks sending you endless messages whether you still have some tickets for either free or trading for amazon.
Besides if you give it away by posting the code here, the odds are the bottom feeders would have a hard time "selling" them for amazon,etc.
That choice is yours to make. You can go to the freebie subfolder and offer to trade those free tickets for no more than $5 value.
About once a month or less ( often late) you get a email advising you have some free reward. I have no concerns regarding tracking cause what is Xfinity going to do, know i redeemed a free movie ticket?
Just my observations that Xfinity is not doing much tracking or spam but just rewarding its members a few pennies of value for its loyalty.
