Nothing wrong at all. I'm just not in the Apple Ecosystem at all. I'm not even sure if I would be able to play these on my Android devices if I create an account. I'm not knocking the deal and voted it up.

I just checked on my Samsung Tab, there is an app available but no option to watch anything from my own library. That sucks.

I am partly in the Apple ecosystem and actually have learned to like buying movies via apple tv because you just get the highest quality available at whatever price. So sometimes vudu will have a movie for, say $9.99 for hdx, but apple will have 4k available for the same price. Also, I have rarely got free upgrades from vudu/fandango over the last decade. Apple tends to upgrade you for free whenever a higher resolution becomes available. This higher resolution upgrade doesn't transfer to other services but still good to have on apple tv.

There wouldn't be anything if it was MA compatible. There's just too many places to go these days, Apple is the better place to have it in case eventually upgrades to 4K. But I'm in similar boat as other commenter because I normally use Fandango Now or Movies Anywhere. Going somewhere else that doesn't have all my other movies/shows starts to get tedious

Agreed with the part about apple, I hate their ecosystem, but Apple TV is now available on Android devices. I've not had any issues with playing content on my android tablets or phone.

I wouldn't doubt it'll be on vudu soon for the same price. Or Amazon. They want to milk that series for all its worth. I saw walking dead for $25 a few days ago

If you travel internationally buying on Apple TV can be used anywhere versus Vudu which is geolocked to NA.

As others have stated, the version for sale on AppleTV appears to be HD only. A 4K UHD version is available to purchase for $89.99 on Fandango at Home (formerly Vudu).
