The original French made Kirkland vodka was definitely Grey Goose no matter how much Grey Goose and/or Costco denies it. I was a big fan of Grey Goose. Used to drink it regularly. It has a very distinctive taste that I could easily pinpoint out of a lineup and the Kirkland was the same thing. Now I say 'original' because I haven't had it in like 10 years so I don't know if it's still the same Vodka producer but back then I'm very confident about my assessment.
If it was actually Grey Goose then Costco was lying to the ATF because even though they don't have to list specific manufacturer's, they do have to list the specific importers/distributors of their house brands, and the importer of Grey Goose was never on the list for any of their vodka. https://slate.com/human-interest/...goose.html

I bought a pair of these because everyone was comparing them to Vuori. Not sure how that rumor even started, because they are nowhere near the quality or fit of Vuori Ponto's. They're so cheap it's comical. Granted the price for these is great and Vuori's are a ripoff, but I wish everyone would stop with the comparison. It reminds me of when people say the Kirkland vodka is Grey Goose.

Thank you for this info and for saying it.

I love Pontos and while they are so expensive, I'd rather have one of those then multiple of less quality.

Shoot. I was in my store last night and didn't see these. But I wasn't looking specifically for them. I have two pair of Vuori Ponto shorts and LOVE them. Do these feel the same?
They are definitely looking to dupe the Ponto shorts. As someone who owns them both these are like 90% the same.

How's the sizing? Normally I am a size 33 waist but I see the mediums are out. Would a small work here or just shrink
I'm a 33 as well. Think a L would be better for you. I had a M and although the waist was fine, the leg opening was a bit tight and tended to bunch. Returned for L and prefer them, especially because they are for lounging.

I have these and pontos. Got them for $5 per pair one of the last times the deal was posted. Love these. These are slightly not as soft as the pontos. But I would definitely choose these for way less money than paying 90% more for the Vuoris
90% more as in they are $15ish per pair?

Maybe it's the fact that they are both French wheat vodkas that made them taste so distinctly similar. I'm ok with that. What I will say though is that they tasted very similar. Too similar for me to discount a possible relationship between Grey Goose and Kirkland. I also don't see this as proof that it's not produced by Grey Goose. For one, Grey Goose has staked it's entire success on it's reputation of exclusivity and prestige while simultaneously losing market share to other premium vodkas. There is no doubt in my mind that they would take a lucrative deal to produce Kirkland vodka to offset some of their market share losses while being very careful to add several degrees of separation between themselves and the Kirkland brand. Why would they not use a separate bottler and distributor knowing full well that someone like Slate is going to google the name on the bottle and make the connection if it's there? That is something I would fully expect a company like Grey Goose to do.

Yes. They are made for mannequin smoothness, just like the pants.

only size small available
I'm seeing this as well โ€“ Costco's site is a bit broken with Firefox right now it seems (it's working fine for me in Edge). I don't even see size options on any clothing items, just the words "Men's Size: Small" (or 30, etc.).

For one, ublock seems to block the placeholders while the size options are loading. More importantly, even with ublock disabled, the size options get stuck loading for every item.

Refreshing the page with Ctrl+Shift+R fixes it, most of the time, at least for that page. If you try to refresh normally or go to a different item, it gets stuck and you need to Ctrl+Shift+R on that page too.

Also stopped in my local store and they have all options available. But no way to use the extra $20 discount in store, apparently. What a s-show of a system they have set up.

Is it just me, or is the black not really black at all? It's more of a dark heather blue.
